Power-Out Doesn'T Deter New Light In P&Amp;C 1

Whoever said that ‘P&C meetings aren’t interesting’ has not attended a Vasse PS P&C Meeting!

Thank you to all who came out last night, rugged up, for our Annual General meeting in the Hive. There was a good turn out, including those who virtually linked in from home and contributed extra loudly (oops turn the volume down) initially was a great heart starter!

With a HUGE thank you for all their efforts over the last few years, the President, Nicole Hayward Meyer, and Super Secretary, Lee-Anne Walker stepped down from their roles.

I’m happy to say all Executive Team positions have been filled (and will be announced in next week’s T2 W2 newsletter). There is still plenty of room for more members. It is a great opportunity to connect socially and contribute in the direction of the school to benefit all. Join the Vasse PS P&C today. https://www.vasseps.wa.edu.au/latest-pc/

And to top it all off the power was out for the duration of the meeting, but we continued under the lights of our mobile phones. Although the atmosphere was not as electric as I would have liked, thank you again to all who attended.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at our next meeting, and a bright future, where our Parents and Citizens achieve great things for our school community, together.
