Interm Swimming (Yr 4-6) commences – week 1 of 2
February 12 @ 9:00 am - February 16 @ 2:30 pm
The following note and forms will be sent home with your child on Wednesday 31st February 2024.
Please complete swimming and medical form and return to your Classroom teacher by Friday 2 February 2024.
In-Term swimming lessons continue to be part of the Vasse Primary Physical Education program in 2023.
Our Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 students will participate in the Department of Education swimming classes held at the Busselton Foreshore for two weeks, commencing Monday 12 February to Friday 23 February 2024. Students will travel by bus to and from the foreshore.
Cost: $13 per student.
Payments can be made at the school office or via Direct Credit by Thursday 8 February to:

*Students will need to bring a towel, bathers, rash vest, hat, sunscreen, and a plastic bag for wet clothes on the bus.
Extra snacks in their lunch box on swimming days is suggested – swimming seems to make them extra hungry 🙂
- Session 1 group classes will leave by bus at 9:05am. All other groups aim to leave 25 minutes prior to lesson time.
- Students will wear surf caps for safety and identification purposes.
- Students will change at the Foreshore Change Rooms before returning to school.

Students participating in Session 1 and 2, please wear bathers to school under their school uniform. Students to go to the beach with their towels wrapped around them and must wear suitable footwear to and from the beach.
Students participating in All other Sessions should change into their bathers to go to the beach with their towels around them.
Students will change into uniforms at the Foreshore Change Rooms before returning to school.
