On Friday 15 September our top 5 runners from Year 3 to 6 attended the Interschool Cross Country Carnival and represented our school. We competed against Augusta PS, Rapids Landing PS, Cowaramup PS, Margaret River PS, Busselton PS, Geographe PS, St Thomas More PS, Dunsborough PS and West Busselton PS.

The Cross Country is run as a ‘teams’ event with each runner earning points for their finishing position. This is tallied to decide the position the school finishes in each event.

Our Vasse Team trained hard prior to this event and this was evident on the day. The students ran so well and tried their best. As a result, I am thrilled to announce Vasse Primary came 2nd overall.
